Savory Cake Recipe, from Bordeaux, France

I have made this with and without the tuna or ham. It is all delicious.
Katheryn, my hostess in Bordeaux, France, made this for our lunch one day. We ate in their garden, with her husband, daughter and their son, my friend Baptiste and his wife Hannah. Fresh melon was served first.
