A new adventure starts, as I arrived in South Africa today.
After a solid three hour nap, I walked to the government buildings to see the Nelson Mandela statute. My great little guesthouse host invited me to their family dinner, served on a long veranda along a lovely garden and pool. Since it is summer they eat several types of salads, with jacket baby potatoes, rice, and pork chops in a sweet sauce. All delicious!
Their main business is running Safari tours And I go on my first one tomorrow!
