When I was signing my books for the Duck Store at the Home and Garden Show in Eugene yesterday Viera kindly stopped by to meet me. Her parents live and work in Quito Ecuador and live not far from my son and his Ecuadorian wife there. My daughter in law teaches her mother Spanish and my lovely scarf is from Ecuador.
It was so fun to meet Viera!
